Bambi Gore, MSN, FNP, RN, is the Chief Clinical Officer at American Health Staffing Group (AHSG), a technology-driven healthcare workforce solutions company headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma.

With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and workforce leadership, Ms. Gore has a strong background as a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner, with expertise in compliance, clinical operations, and program development.

Before joining AHSG, she served as Chief Clinical Officer at SimpliFi Managed Services, where she collaborated with numerous health systems to enhance staffing quality, improve employee retention, and achieve significant cost savings.

In her current role at AHSG, Ms. Gore oversees clinical operations and quality, leads efforts to optimize healthcare workforce strategies, and empowers clients to effectively manage float pools and internal resource programs.

She holds a Master of Nursing Sciences degree from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington.
