Michael McBurnie's career includes founding Progressus Therapy, a Speech and Occupational Therapy staffing firm, earning recognition as a leader in school-based therapy. Following his time at Progressus, McBurnie founded My Therapy Company (MTC), which later became The Stepping Stones Group, where he sat on the Board of Directors.
