Alan Horowitz Joins American Health Staffing Group as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions

OKLAHOMA CITY, July 24, 2023—American Health Staffing Group (AHSG), a technology-driven, fully diversified healthcare staffing company with a full workforce solutions offering, announced today the appointment of Alan Horowitz as its new Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. In his new role, Horowitz will be responsible for spearheading AHSG's M&A activities, identifying strategic opportunities, and executing successful transactions to support the company's growth strategy.

Horowitz brings a wealth of experience, having worked directly with private equity firms and possessing a strong financial background. With a remarkable 10-plus-year track record in mergers and acquisitions, Horowitz has established himself as a trusted advisor in the industry. His expertise in strategic deal-making and financial analysis will be instrumental in driving AHSG's growth initiatives and expanding its market presence.

Horowitz holds a master’s degree in accounting from Babson College, where he also completed his undergraduate studies. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he brings a deep understanding of financial intricacies and an analytical approach to his work.

Prior to joining AHSG, Horowitz played a pivotal role at EmployBridge, a leading industrial staffing platform, where he was instrumental in the build out of the M&A function and formalizing the corporate strategy. His contributions were key in shaping the company's growth and overall corporate strategy.

Before his tenure at EmployBridge, Horowitz served as a Director in KPMG's transaction services group, where he led buy-side and sell-side diligence for prominent private equity firms across the U.S. and Europe. His extensive experience in conducting due diligence and executing complex transactions further strengthens AHSG's capabilities in M&A.
