American Health Technology Group (AHTG) is a software company based on Edmond, Oklahoma which offers two SaaS products focused on different segments of the Healthcare Staffing industry. We are the only company that has products in both key segments and, as such, our products are disrupting the industry due to unprecedented end-to-end integration and a fluid, frictionless user experience. Our products are cloud-first applications developed with the latest technologies and are used by some of the largest healthcare systems in the nation. We are currently continuing to add features to both our VMS and ATS products with plans to launch additional products in the next 12-24 months.
About this role:
As a full-stack engineer, you will work on a team of talented engineers who have brought two SaaS products to market in the Healthcare Staffing industry. These products have a codebase started in 2018 and built from the ground up for the cloud using Microsoft technologies. You will work with software and healthcare industry professionals to design and develop new features, provide support for existing features, integrate with other products via APIs, and contribute to the modernization of the development stack. The domain of expertise will stretch from front-end to back-end with a particular focus on tech that is approachable and delightful.
American Health Technology Group (“AHTG”) is based in Oklahoma City, OK. However, we are open to fully remote work for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
◼ Partner closely with Product Owner and Account Manager to craft great product experiences.
◼ Design, deliver, and evolve solutions through hands-on execution of development, quality assurance, and delivery.
◼ Own delivery of a feature and see it through from conception to completion.
◼ Design, develop, and consume APIs.
◼ Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
◼ Mentor junior developers.
◼ Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when developing solutions.
◼ Develop solutions that meet both technical and consumer needs.
Requirements:
◼ 4+ years of real-world React.js experience.
◼ 6+ years real world ASP.NET C# software development experience.
◼ 2+ years real world web development experience in SaaS environment.
◼ Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, React, and styling components.
◼ Proficiency with MSSQL database technologies.
◼ Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of detail.
◼ Strong understanding of Agile software development.
◼ Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, systems design and algorithms.
◼ Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, start-up environments.
◼ Familiarity with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD environments.
◼ Solving business problems through technology with minimal direction.
◼ Experience with automated testing a plus.
